We ship all over the world via our Global Site https://www.olhaheadband.com.


All delivery time frames are based on working days, working days are Monday to Friday and exclude French Bank Holidays.
Deliveries may also be delayed due to any local Bank Holidays.



Tracking information is available by clicking on the tracking link in your dispatch email and all deliveries are shipped from France


Please be aware that the delivery timeframe below are estimated, we are unable to control any delays caused by custom reviews or poor weather conditions.
As such, we do ask that you allow and additional 3 days before contacting our Customer Services team.




Delivery - Europe
Deliveries within Europe, EU usually take 3-5 business days.

Deliveries outside EU - UK, Norway, Switzerland - will take slightly longer due to customs procedures.

Delivery - USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong etc.
Regular mail deliveries to USA, Canada will take 5-9 days

It is also possible to upgrade to express shipping via DHL or FedEx, the costs start at 35EUR.
